I had work out of town and stayed at this unit for about a month. It was very clean. between the 2 mini splits the entire place was very well air-conditioned. The fridge worked really good too, didn’t have any issues. The washer and dryer helped tremendously, especially for people who stay for extended times. Stove worked good too and there’s a switch for an exhaust fan in the bathroom that helps with any smoke. When showering, the water also gets pretty warm so you won’t have issues there. The neighbors were friendly. Would 100% stay here again, definitely worth it for the price.

Downtown Bryan has become a fun place to stay. The night I arrived there were four venues with live music. This level of entertainment continued. Restaurants, breweries, pubs, concert venues are all within walking distance. The apartment is enormous. The decor very well done art deco. The third floor walk up did not bother me at all. The downtown has a reputation for train noise, but I was not disturbed at all. The apartment was very quiet. This is a great place for game weekend, business short term residence.

We loved our stay here. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into the comfort of the house. The house has a lot of space for families to have family and game time or to spread out and have quiet time. The master bath is amazing and has a great tub. The kitchen has all the essentials you need and the back deck is nice. All of the rooms are spacious and inviting. The house is a close walk to town in the morning to grab some coffee and walk along the boardwalk and enjoy the water and the view. Everyone we ran into was very friendly. There are also great dinner spots. There is a small sandy beach, which we did not use but also saw that in season they rent kayaks and also have movie night on the beach. The hosts were very communicative and the directions were easy to follow. Looking forward to coming back!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The home is beautiful, with décor that feels warm, inviting, and thoughtfully done. The rooms were large, incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless—clearly very well cared for. We came for a short weekend stay and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect and made everything convenient. The host was wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We would gladly stay here again!

The beach house was fantastic! Becci was very accommodating and answered all questions that we had we have already requested the house again in 3 months they had everything you would need and everything needed in walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment while I was working in the area for a week. It’s super cute, has everything you need, and the bed is comfortable. I wasn’t successful at sleeping with the windows open due to the trains but with the windows closed and the white noise machine it was great! I had a couple of questions and Katie was super responsive. Highly recommend! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Fernanda and Rachael’s AirBnB. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The apartment was as described and as pictured. It was clean and very well equipped, including kitchen with handy water filter. Also bathroom was very clean and well equipped with lots of towels and amenities. The apartment was warm and cozy with radiant heat. The trundle bed was very advantageous for the kids. Communication with both hosts was fantastic. They were very responsive and very proactive. Thank you for the lovely stay and for hosting us!
