Make Acadia Four Seasons your home away from home. This home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 well-appointed bathrooms. There are 3 queen beds and 2 twin trundles providing ample space to accommodate 10 people. There is a bathroom on each floor for easy access. When you walk in you will be greeted with panoramic views of the coast. You will want to kick off your shoes and run straight to your private deck. You will see an outdoor dining and seating area that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Nothing beats watching the sunset over the coast while enjoying the company of your friends and family. Don’t let me forget the fire-pit and games! Inside you will find a spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, designated work space, smart TV, washer & dryer, and everything you need for your next family vacation.

Disclaimers: While the house has amazing views of the water, there is no water access. Please do not walk to the water as that is not part of the property. There are stairs on the property. All guests will need to be able to climb stairs. There are 3 steps to the entrance, stairs to the living room, and stairs to the lower level. Please watch your step. The house does not have AC. We provide portable fans, and you are welcome to open the windows. There are screens. Maine does not get super hot in the summertime, and at night, it cools down. We provide a crib, high chair, baby gates, children’s dinnerware, children toys, and room darkening shades. Please note that there are various sets of stairs in the home. We provide extra baby gates for the stairs connecting the living room to the kitchen if needed. This is a pet-friendly home. However, the yard is not fenced. Pets must be kept on leash. We provide dog waste bags, bowls, and a crate. Please note that no pets are allowed on the furniture. In addition, guests are responsible for picking up after their pets. There is a fee for not picking up pet droppings in the yard. Lastly, pets are not allowed to be loose in the house when left alone. Please keep your pet in a crate. For the comfort of all guests, we are unable to accommodate cats on the property. The laundry room is not kid friendly. The boiler is in the room and can be hot. Therefore, we provided a baby gate sectioning off the room from the rest of the house. Please be careful. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
