For the comfort of all guests, we are unable to accommodate cats on the property. Backyard & Water Access Disclaimer: We hope you enjoy the backyard and water access during your stay! Please note these areas are for use at your own risk, as no lifeguard or supervision is provided. Be mindful of your safety and that of any children in your group. The property owner and management cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while enjoying these spaces. We recommend bringing your own firewood so you can fully enjoy the outdoor fire pit during your stay. Firewood can also typically be purchased at nearby gas stations or from local vendors along the road. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Due to the time needed to adequately clean the unit, we are not able to offer early check-in or late check-out. Please book an extra night if you would like to guarantee an early check- in or a late check- out. If an unauthorized event occurs, a $500 fee will be charged.
