Disclaimer: The property is located near the railroad, so you may occasionally hear trains passing by and can be a bit noisy. To ensure a comfortable and restful stay, we provide a white noise machine and complimentary earplugs. Guests will need to use a set of stairs to access the unit. The stairs are of standard steepness, with a handrail for support. Pets - We may allow pets on a case by case basis, please message us to see if we can accommodate. Cleaning fee applies. For the comfort of all guests, we are unable to accommodate cats on the property. Due to the time needed to adequately clean the unit, we are not able to offer early check-in or late check-out. Please book an extra night if you would like to guarantee an early check- in or a late check- out. If an unauthorized event occurs, a $500 fee will be charged. No parties or events are allowed, per Airbnb policy. DISCOUNTS We run last-minute bookings, midweek specials and long-stay discounts. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
