We had a wonderful stay at Fernanda and Rachael’s AirBnB. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The apartment was as described and as pictured. It was clean and very well equipped, including kitchen with handy water filter. Also bathroom was very clean and well equipped with lots of towels and amenities. The apartment was warm and cozy with radiant heat. The trundle bed was very advantageous for the kids. Communication with both hosts was fantastic. They were very responsive and very proactive. Thank you for the lovely stay and for hosting us!

This is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing getaway in Maine. The place is fantastic, with big windows overlooking the ocean, and the host is really proactive and helpful. We will definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. The space had everything we needed and more, and you can tell great attention was paid to the little details that make guests feel welcome. The location was perfect, and we felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay. I would absolutely book here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Nice little apartment near downtown Bryan. Perfect stay for our weekend getaway that included going to an Aggie basketball game. The bed was comfortable & the host was very responsive. If you’re a light sleeper, the train will most likely wake you up a few times throughout the night due to its close proximity. However, a white noise machine and ear plugs are provided which is very thoughtful!

Katie’s place was in the perfect spot during my stay in Bryan TX. The space was clean and the amenities were great. I would definitely recommend this to my friends visiting the area any time. Thank you Katie for being super helpful and responsive during my stay!

We stayed at Katie's place for the A&M game. It was a great location for food and did not take long to get to the stadium. I would recommend for anyone visiting the Bryan/College Station area.

The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. To exit the property you are required to enter a code to exit through a gate. I feel this could be bad if there is an emergency, health or fire. At one point we struggled getting out, gate wouldnt open. Also, to get the apartment, 3rd floor, you climb two narrow staircases, 40 steps total. We knew there would be steps, but it can be a struggle with large suitcases.

Katie’s place was phenomenal. Seemed easier and more efficient of a check in, compared to a lot of my other stays. This was very streamline and we appreciate the communication from her and the team. Fun location definitely a hidden gem.

We absolutely loved our stay once again. It was our second time back so I think that speaks for itself. We love the property and the host is fantastic. Very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My family and I plan on staying again for more future visits hopefully! :)

This apartment was in a great location for the activities we had planned (whiteface mountain and Santa’s workshop). The house also included all kitchenware we needed and was a great fit for our family of four. They even supplied a crib for our youngest. We recommend this apartment!
